Overview

The PLACID PHP01 is a receiver hydrophone for measuring medium and low frequency underwater acoustics. High-performance piezoelectric ceramic materials are used for its. sensitive internal parts, and polyurethane is used to protect its external parts. A preamplifier with high hydrostatic pressure resistance, low noise, and high sensitivity can be incorporated into the hydrophone probe. It is mostly used in underwater acoustic communication, acoustic calibration, noise measurement, and weak signal detection at medium and low frequencies..
